CompoundDocs helps Ontario pharmacies organize, review and develop controlled documentation for non-sterile compounding. Work can begin with a focused gap review and progress through an agreed, pharmacy-specific scope.
How we work
Virtual support is available across Ontario. Agreed on-site documentation reviews may be quoted. Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, timing and fees are confirmed in writing.
What remains with the pharmacy
Authorized pharmacy professionals retain responsibility for clinical and technical decisions, calculations, evidence, approval, implementation, staff training and ongoing maintenance.
