By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you engage CompoundDocs Canada for services, the signed proposal or service agreement will control where it differs from these public terms.

Educational information only

Public checklists, demonstrations and website content are general educational information. They are not a prescription, formula approval, legal opinion, regulatory inspection or substitute for current standards and pharmacy professional judgment.

Pharmacy responsibility

The pharmacy and its authorized professionals remain responsible for clinical and technical decisions, ingredient suitability, calculations, evidence, risk classification, BUD assignment, final document approval, implementation, training and ongoing compliance.

No regulatory affiliation or guarantee

CompoundDocs Canada is an independent documentation-support service. It is not a dispensing pharmacy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by OCP or NAPRA. Documentation support cannot guarantee an inspection result or regulatory compliance.

Acceptable use

You may use the public website for lawful business and educational purposes. You may not attempt to bypass portal access controls, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use the site to transmit patient or confidential information through an unapproved channel.

Content and intellectual property

Original CompoundDocs content, branding, design and resource wording may not be copied, republished or sold without permission, except for limited internal reference use allowed by law. External standards and linked resources belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their terms.

Links to regulators, standards organizations and other external resources are provided for convenience. Their content and availability are controlled by those organizations. Users must verify the current official version.

Availability and changes

The website and demonstration may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Content may be revised to reflect service, legal, security or regulatory developments.
